Local author Hazel Dawkins will talk about her optometrist sleuth Yoko Kamimura in the LeVanway Meeting Room at 11am on Saturday, April 21.
The library will be closed Monday, April 16 to commemorate Patriot's Day. We will reopen, Tuesday, April 17 at 9:30 am.
Kids ages six to ten, decorate a plant pot and plant a spring bulb with artist and teacher Lori Gordon at the Greenfield Public Library Thursday, March 29 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. This free program is open to the public and is made possible by the Friends of the Greenfield Public Library. E-books and e-audios will be unavailable on Monday, March 26 as Overdrive will be performing maintenance on their site. Access to the GPL's online books should be back on Tuesday, March 27.
The Friends of the Greenfield Public Library are having a book sale on Saturday, March 24 from 9:30-12:30. Come on down and stock up on new-to-you, gently used books for your springtime reading!
Come join the Friends of the GPL for a Trivia Quiz at the Greenfield Grille on Sunday, March 25 at 3pm.
Grab some of your friends and form a team of up to 6 people (entry fee for each team is $100) and match wits against other teams. Prizes will be awarded to the first and second place teams. All proceeds will go towards library programs, special projects, and library materials.
