Chris Capello and Lance Hodges of Comfort Zones Homes will present a talk on Tuesday, May 29 at 6:30pm on the principles of constructing an energy independent or 'net zero' home.

Net-zero homes are designed to have annual energy costs of $0 for heat, hot water, appliances, and lighting, and rely on super-insulation and solar energy.
