Please note: This application is for exhibit space only.  If selected to exhibit in the Greenfield Public Library, it is the artist's responsibility to make all arrangements for displaying art, sales, reception, publicity (with the exception of the library newsletter), and break-down.  All work must be ready for exhibition and formatted for the library's hanging system.  Applicants will be contacted by the volunteer art committee once all materials have been received.  Submitting an application does not guarantee that your art will be exhibited in the Greenfield Public Library.

The Greenfield Public Library does not hold insurance for artwork on exhibit and it is not responsible for loss or damage of the artist's work.

By signing below, you acknowledge having read the Greenfield Public Library's Art Exhibition Policy and agree to adhere to it if your art work is selected.

Please also submit the following* in print or via email to gpl.artshow@gmail.com:

  • Artist's Statement: Describe your work and your background as an artist. (Limit 300 words.)
  • 3 full color images of your work (Include title, medium, dimensions, and year completed.)

*Submissions without an artist's statement and sample images will be ignored. Direct all questions to the Greenfield Public Library Volunteer Art Committee at gpl.artshow@gmail.com.

For security purposes, the upstairs floor closes 15 minutes before closing time. Main doors are locked 5 minutes before closing.
